I am so delighted for you both, and of course will say a prayer for you. You make sure you rest as much as you can.
I know what you mean regarding parents the worst thing I ever had to tell mine was that after a gap of 16 years (they were 2 difficult pregnancies which made me very ill)
and at the age of 40 having to tell them and my two older children (16 & 20) that I was with child!!
I wish you luck and I hope that they will be as delighted for you as mine were
